Manage Videos on a Page

Add a Video to a Page

  1. Navigate to the desired Page
  2. Click Edit
  3. Select the Video or Image/Video tab
    The tab labeled either Video, or Image slash Video.
  4. Click Add Video
    The button labeled either Add Video or Add Image slash Video.
  5. Select the Add Video tab if applicable
    The tab labeled Add Video.
  6. Complete the Video Fields
  7. Click Save Video
    The button labeled Save Video.
  8. Click Save

Add a Video to a Page from the Library

  1. Navigate to the desired Page
  2. Click Edit
  3. Select the Image/Video tab
    The tab labeled either Video or Image slash Video.
  4. Click Add Video or Add Image/Video
    The button labeled either Add Video or Add Image slash Video.
  5. Click Choose existing video
    The tab labeled either Choose existing video or Choose existing image slash video.
  6. Locate and select the file(s)
    Note: Only video files that already exist elsewhere on your site will appear in this list
  7. Click Add Selection
  8. Click Save

Edit a Video on a Page

  1. Navigate to the page with the file
  2. Click Edit
  3. Select the Image/Videos tab
    The tab labeled either Video or Image slash Video.
  4. Click the edit icon
    The pencil icon.
  5. Edit some or all of the Video Fields as necessary
  6. Select the Revisions tab
    The tab labeled Revisions.
  7. Detail edits made
    The text field labeled Revision log message.
  8. Click Save

Remove a Video from a Page

  1. Navigate to the desired page
  2. Click Edit
  3. Select the Image/Video tab
    The tab labeled either Video or Image slash Video.
  4. Click the Remove icon
    The trash can icon.
  5. Click Save

Video Fields

The options labeled Video Fields.

Note: Some, not all, of these fields may be present.
  • Name: The name for the video
  • Video: The video file
  • Video Title: The title of the video
  • Microsite: The microsite associated with the video
  • Remote Video URL: The third-party URL for the video, if applicable
