Create a Bid or Request for Proposal (RFP)
- Expand Create Other
- Click Create Bid/RFP

Title the page
- Select the appropriate Microsite
- Complete the remaining Basic Information fields, if desired
- Select the Bids and RFP Information tab
- Set the Bid/RFP Status to Open
- Complete the remaining Bids and RFP Information fields, if desired
- Add additional content, if desired
- Add File(s)
- Add Image(s) or Video
- Add a Webform
- Complete the Publishing options
- Click Save
Edit a Bid or RFP
- Navigate to the desired page
- Click Edit
- Make the necessary edits
- Publish the Bid or RFP
- Click Save
Copy a Bid or RFP
- Navigate to the desired page
- Click Clone
- Make any edits as necessary
- Publish or Unpublish the page as desired
- Click Save
Publish or Unpublish a Bid or RFP
- Navigate to the desired page
- Click Edit
- Select the Publishing tab
- Complete the Publishing options
- Published: Check or uncheck the box publish or unpublish respectively

Publish On: Manually select or type a date and time to publish the event at a later date

Unpublish On: Manually select or type a date and time to automatically unpublish the event
- Click Save
Award a Bid or RFP
- Navigate to the desired page
- Click Edit
- Select the Bids & RFP Information tab
- Set the Bid/RFP Status to Awarded
- Fill in the Bid/RFP Awarded To field
- Ensure that the Bid/RFP is published
- Click Save
Delete a Bid or RFP
Important Note
Only Site Admins can perform this function. This action cannot be undone, and the page cannot be recovered. It is recommended that the page be unpublished rather than deleted.
Instructions
- Navigate to the desired page
- Click Delete
- Click Delete to confirm deletion
Note: This action cannot be undone
Basic Information Fields
- Title: Enter the title for the Bid or RPF
- Microsite: Select the appropriate microsite

Summary: Enter a brief summary of the Event
Note: This field is only available by clicking Edit Summary
- Body: Create the body of the Bid or RFP
- Short Description: Enter a brief description to appear in search results both on the site and in other search engines such as Google
Bids and RFP Information Fields

Bid/RFP Status: Select the appropriate bid status
- Open: The bid is currently accepting bids
- Closed: The bid is not accepting new bids
- Awarded: The bid has been awarded
- Canceled: The bid has been canceled
- Bid/RFP Reference Number: This optional field will be listed on the Bid or RFP itself, but will not be listed on the comprehensive Bids and RFPs page.

Bid/RFP Due Date: Assign the date by which submissions are due
Note: Once a bid or RFP is past its due date, it will automatically be set to a status of closed.

Bid/RFP Awarded To: Disclose to whom the Bid/RFP has been awarded if desired.
Note: This information will show up on the Bid or RFP itself
