Replace Existing PDF

Best not to use Upload File and link an entirely new PDF file. If you have an updated version of a PDF perform the following:
Prepare the replacement PDF file on your computer before you begin.
Locate the original PDF file in the Cabinet of the Department or Board page
Click the Edit link in the Cabinet to edit the Upload File
Click the Remove button under the Upload fil section, next to the PDF filename
Click Choose or Browse
Locate the replacement document from your computer
Click Upload
Save and Close; The PDF is now updated with the new version
