We are excited to announce the launch of updated product names, logos, and headers within our user interfaces as part of the CivicPlus® Solution Rebranding initiative. These changes mark the first step toward creating a cohesive and seamless user experience across all solutions in our portfolio. As part of this transition, users may notice minor design updates. While the functionality you rely on remains unchanged, we are in the process of updating screenshots and other resources on our Help Centers to reflect the new branding. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to complete these updates.

Review On Date

Some pages on your website will need to be periodically reviewed and updated. Our Review On feature allows you to set a date to be automatically notified when it is time to review the webpage content. A notification will be emailed to the individual who created the webpage. Within the email will be a link to click on which will take you directly to that page.

 

Instructions

  1. Log on to your website and go to the appropriate webpage
  2. Edit the page
  3. Click on the Review on tab along the left side of the page
  4. Enter the date that you would like to receive the notification
  5. Next, check the Authoring Information tab on the left side to confirm you are the author of the page
  6. Save and Close

Remember to update the Review On date so you will receive the automatic notice again next time.
