Long-term Drupal 7 Security Support
With the sunset date of January 5th, 2025 approaching, we understand you may be concerned about the future of your website if it still needs to be migrated by that date. We have been working behind the scenes to ensure you have a stable, up-to-date, and secure website and are excited to announce we have you covered with long-term support for Drupal 7. We will provide this service to you at no additional cost while we work to migrate you to your new website solution!
What options do I have?
I'm glad you asked! CivicPlus offers a few different website products. If you're like many of our clients, you're always looking for ways to improve your day-to-day tasks. Julie Bolton, CivicPlus Solution Manager, and Kaitlin Berry, CivicPlus Solution Engineer, have a quick video showing how our Web Central platform helps customers solve their website needs compared to our Drupal product, Web Open. You can watch that here.
Keep us up to date!
If you are no longer responsible for the website, kindly reply to this email and your Client Success Manager will guide you through the next steps. For the latest information, check the Municipal Websites Open Help Center, where we keep a log of all customer communications. Make sure to "Follow" these articles to stay informed between our monthly emails.
