We are excited to announce the launch of updated product names, logos, and headers within our user interfaces as part of the CivicPlus® Solution Rebranding initiative. Sign Up for Release Notes

CivicPlus strives to provide release notes for all bug fixes and product enhancements. You can sign up to receive notifications for Release Notes to make sure you are notified as soon as they are available.

 

Important Note

  • You must sign in to the Help Center to access release notes. Please view the Create a Help Center Account article for instructions on creating a Help Center account.

 

Instructions

  1. Click the Release Notes URL in the header
    The URL labeled Release Notes at the top of the page, to the right of the About Us and Features URLs.
    Note: You may be prompted to log in. If you have never logged into the Help Center before, you will need to create a new account.
  2. Click the Follow button
    The button labeled Follow in the top-left corner, below the section breadcrumbs and above the Release Notes section name.
  3. Select a Follow option
    The New articles and New articles and comments options that are in the top-left and anchored to the Follow button.
    • New articles: Receive a notification when a new release notes article is published.
    • New articles and comments: Receive notifications of new articles and when a comment is posted to an existing article.
