Dear Valued Customer, Thank you for your patience and grace as we prepare to migrate your CivicPlus website from Drupal 7 to Drupal 10. We've been diligently working to establish a well-constructed transition process that relieves you of the burdens associated with platform migrations.

 

How We're Making the Transition Easier

Anticipating the upcoming End of Life of Drupal 7, we will migrate your website directly from Drupal 7 to Drupal 10. Our hands-on approach means a faster and less complex content transition for you.

Migration Timeline Communications

We have taken the time to leverage our experience alongside industry experts to craft a thorough plan that is the lowest impact on your day to day as possible. Additionally, we plan to be more open and transparent with our communications with you during this transition. You will receive an email with the necessary details and instructions a few months before your migration. While we plan to do the heavy lifting on content migration we will keep you informed throughout the process on what to expect.

 

How You Can Help Us Prepare for Your Upcoming Migration

In the meantime please use this opportunity to delete old and unused content from your existing Drupal 7 content management system that you do not need us to migrate to Drupal 10. Refer to this Help Center article for advice on content deletion including removing unpublished and expired content.
