This article walks through how staff users can sign in to your Municipal Websites Open website. CivicPlus Sign-On is an authentication solution that improves your user experience and makes your daily interactions with our products easier. CivicPlus Single Sign-On (SSO) allows you to use one set of user credentials to easily move between your organization's CivicPlus products.
This account is separate from a Help Center account. Please refer to the Create a Help Center Account article for information on Help Center accounts.
Important Notes
- If you do not have an account, you can create a new CivicPlus Single Sign-On (SSO) account.
- If you are not on a Custom Identity Provider, you can also use an external sign-in service to sign in.
Instructions
- Navigate to your site
- Click the Staff Login link in the footer
- Enter your Email Address in the Email field
- Remember me: Check to prevent the ending of your authentication session when closing your browser window.
- Click ContinueNote: If your organization uses a Custom Identity Provider for sign-ins, you will be redirected to your organization's sign-in screen after clicking Continue. Once you have signed in, you will be redirected to your homepage as depicted in Step 7.
- Enter your Password
- Click Sign In
- You will be directed to the homepage of your site
